What are you willing to trade in?

As I was praying for service, I read in my Max Lucado book, “A love Worship Living” about love not being envious-about the illustration of pearls and how the little girls had to trust that what her Daddy was going to do was give her something better. She had to trust him and trade her old for the new. I pondered that “What are you willing to trade in?” I heard the Lord say, “are you willing to trade what you expect to happen in service for what I want to do? What I have to offer is going to be much more powerful. For longevity”

God met us at the altar at a very sweet place-not major hype… but a “sweet still” of conversation. It was comfortably sweet… A soaking time. Thank you God!
